Want to learn how to plan a successful Crowdfunding Campaign? The Crowdfunding Press Center provides the following Crowdfunding training class to help people learn how to properly research, plan, write and launch a successful crowdfunding campaign:

Course Title:

Introduction to Planning a Successful Crowdfunding Campaign for Entrepreneurs, Startups and Small Businesses

Course Details:

Introduction to Planning a Successful Crowdfunding Campaign for Entrepreneurs, Startups and Small Businesses provides a practical, step-by-step guide on how to research, plan, write and launch a successful crowdfunding campaign in order to raise money to start a new business and test the market demand for their products and services before entering the marketplace.  Students will learn how to write a crowdfunding profile; write perks/rewards with effective calls-to-action; learn how to protect their intellectual property; and how to leverage distribution channels for their fundraising efforts.  Students will leave this class with a crowdfunding profile complete with perks that they can use to launch their first fundraising campaign on Kickstarter, Indiegogo or other crowdfunding platforms.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to understand:

  1. How to conduct a competitive analysis
  2. How to launch a crowdfunding campaign
  3. How to shoot a persuasive pitch video
  4. What language NOT to use on crowdfunding profiles and perks
  5. What a business distribution channel is and how to use it to raise money
  6. What the most effective marketing strategies to generate profile donations
  7. How to plan a quick and painless fulfillment strategy

Rationale:

The purpose of this course is to teach the student how to conduct a competitive analysis; protect intellectual property; build persuasive crowdfunding profiles with effective calls-to-action; how to test market demand with perks/rewards; how to plan a cost-effective marketing campaign to raise awareness with the right target audience of donors/investors; and how to plan ahead for successful, but unexpected campaign fulfillment.

Prior to Class:

All students will need to setup both Twitter and LinkedIn social media accounts plus a company blog/website and follow @Crowdfunding_PR
